Melissa is a highly qualified art therapist, counsellor and educator. She holds a Masters of Arts Therapy as well as a Masters of Education, a Bachelor of Primary/Early Childhood Teaching, a Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Art and a Diploma of Counselling. She has worked with children, parents and families since 1991.
Melissa is passionate about helping families build strong, positive relationships based on understanding and connection. Her ongoing vision is to provide individualised programs and therapy to children and support their families in ways that will be most meaningful and useful to them.

Natalie is a PACFA Certified Practising Counsellor who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents. She is about to complete a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy ( August 2026) and currently holds a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sociology.
Natalie has extensive experience supporting children and young people experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, grief and loss. She provides a warm, creative and individualised approach, drawing on trauma-informed, attachment-focused, person-centred and strengths-based practices.
Natalie has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents, including those diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. She uses a neurodiversity-affirming approach that recognises each child’s individual strengths, communication style, sensory experiences and support needs. Natalie works collaboratively with children and their families to build self-understanding, emotional awareness, confidence and practical strategies that are meaningful to them.
Natalie incorporates play and expressive activities to help children communicate and explore experiences that may be difficult to express in words. She values working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, schools and other professionals to strengthen relationships and support each child’s emotional wellbeing.
