Maddy is an experienced educator with over 11 years in primary education, specialising in literacy development, self-regulated learning, and emotional resilience. She holds a Bachelor of Education and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling, with a strong focus on supporting student wellbeing and developmental growth.

Maddy brings her expertise in evidence-based teaching practices to create supportive, structured environments for children of varying needs. Her extensive training includes the Science of Reading (SoR) and Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Program, equipping her with a solid foundation in literacy development. Additionally, Maddy is skilled in trauma-informed practices and behaviour support frameworks such as Zones of Regulation, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and Restorative Practices, ensuring each child’s individual emotional and social needs are met with care and professionalism.

Maddy is known for her commitment to fostering meaningful connections with clients and their families, as well as her dedication to professional growth and continuous learning in child-centred therapies and interventions.
